Hey, I dont want you to win. Mind if i cheat a little bit?

Notes:
- The handout omits the secret module. Browser practice uses a public dummy reward in place of the event flag; the original remote service is retired.
- The original remote service is retired. Browser practice runs locally with the public dummy reward practice{local_dummy_reward}, not an event flag or authoritative score. No TCP endpoint is provided.
